We recognize that every individual has their own unique set of needs, interests and goals. Ma Zoe Care provides services that are specialized in order to ensure that individuals needs are met. Our individuals are given the opportunity to thrive and become productive members of society. Options include residential living(CLA), day programs, innovative support opportunities and workshops.
The multidisciplinary make-up of each team & each individual residential house (psychiatrist, nurse, social worker & house manager) and the client to staff ratio, helps the team provide most services with minimal referrals to other mental health programs or providers. The MZC LLC team members often share offices and their roles are interchangeable when providing services to ensure that services are not disrupted due to staff absence or turnover.
The ACT/CTT team approach is in house and delivers services in that residence to enable each consumer to find & live in a residential group home & to find and maintain work in community jobs rather to be in positions outside of community or program.
Treatment plans, developed with the client, are based on individual strengths & needs, hopes and desires. The plans are modified as needed through an ongoing assessment & goal setting process.
Ma Zoe Care team members are pro-active with clients, assisting them to participate in continued treatment.
MZC LLC services are intended to be long term due to severe impairments often associated with chronic & persistent mental illness or an intellectual Disability Disorder. The program will continue to work with our consumers to find ways to help manage ongoing issues.
The team encourages all clients to participate in community employment depending on abilities.
The staff works with the client and their family members to become collaborative partners in the treatment & personal hygiene of the clients. Clients and family members are educated on mental illness & the skills needed to better manage their illnesses and their lives. Educating them and including them with our consumer consent. Improving family relationships in MZC LLC treatment is vital to the management of individual success and increases autonomy.
Mzc LLC staff also helps its consumer to become less socially isolated and more integrated into the community by encouraging participation in community activities and daily outings and memberships in organizations of their choice.
